Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 6 years of related experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering; or 10 years without a degree.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturability, cables/harnesses, magnetics, and electro/mechanical sub-assemblies.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis, and change management.
• Proficiency with CAD software and engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of manufacturing processes for functionality and cost efficiency.
• Document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and procedures.
• Apply statistical process controls to analyze trends and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to optimize manufacturability.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and quality.
• Analyze existing processes to identify scalability, efficiency, and cost improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff and train on best practices.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for improvements and risk assessments.
• Travel to Anaheim location and suppliers ~25%.
