Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join the Raytheon team at the Farmington, NM site.

You’ll apply your engineering know-how to develop, test, modify and create manufacturing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities include designing, controlling and improving production processes, reducing cycle and lead times, implementing process control and performance monitoring, and translating design requirements into manufacturing steps.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with work instructions in a manufacturing environment.
U.S. citizenship is required to access program/contract.

Responsibilities

Design, control and improve the manufacturing process with a cross-functional team.
Improve cycle and lead times.
Implement process control and monitor performance.
Create and oversee process improvement projects.
Translate design requirements into manufacturing processes.
Perform hardware defect analysis.
Participate in corrective action investigations.
