Job summary

TIDI Products is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead cost reduction efforts and sustaining engineering for medical device products. You will supervise cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and quality to deliver on-time, within budget, and with compliant processes.

Responsibilities include leading complex cost-improvement projects, applying lean tools, guiding documentation and change management, and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineer experience in medical devices preferred.
• Experience in project/program management, budgeting and finance.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485 quality processes.
• Strong analytical, mentorship, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD tools listed above.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cost-improvement projects and sustainment efforts.
• Guide engineering changes, NPI, line extensions, and product modifications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, design controls, and risk management.
