Job summary

Hoshizaki America Inc. seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer in Peachtree City, GA to lead process improvement, capital projects, and manufacturing innovation, partnering with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and other teams.

This hands-on leadership role offers mentoring of engineers, development of manufacturing best practices, and influence on long-term manufacturing strategy while supporting new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading process improvements and cross-functional capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management.
• CAD and data analysis proficiency; reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Oversee capital projects from concept to implementation.
• Evaluate and implement equipment, tooling, automation, and new tech.
• Support new product development and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues using root-cause analysis.
• Develop process standards, SOPs, work instructions, and best practices.
• Lead supplier development and qualification activities.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
