Hoshizaki America Inc. in Peachtree City, GA, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements and capital projects, partnering with Production, Quality, and Design Engineering. You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and influence long-term manufacturing strategy.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation of lean, six sigma, and advanced CAD methods to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 8–10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and project management knowledge.
• Advanced CAD and data analysis skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience mentoring or leading engineering personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Lead capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Evaluate and implement equipment, tooling, automation, and new technologies.
• Support new product development and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues using root cause analysis and data.
• Develop process standards, SOPs, work instructions, and best practices.
• Lead supplier development and qualification activities.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
