Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement manufacturing methods and processes to produce high-quality parts.
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure robust processes.
• Participate in or lead process engineering projects and design/manufacture workflows.
• Assist with tooling and equipment selection and implementation.
• Use SolidWorks and other tools to design or modify components for manufacturability.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve throughput and cost-efficiency.
• Apply project management to plan and deliver projects on time.
• Document processes, standard work, and procedures for consistency.
• Monitor performance and address quality or efficiency issues on lines.
• Work hands-on with lines to troubleshoot and validate changes.
