Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ISO 9001 processes and ERP manufacturing systems.
- Experience with 3D modeling, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of material handling, manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixture design.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering authority for process decisions and uphold engineering standards.
- Establish standardized manufacturing methods and production requirements with proper documentation.
- Develop workflow requirements, layouts, tooling recommendations, and equipment choices.
- Conduct make-versus-buy analyses and coordinate with New Product Development for manufacturability.
