Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industrial engineering experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and 6S is essential.
• Good knowledge in metal fabrication and mechanical assembly methods required.

Responsibilities

• Support effective implementation of engineering designs into manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain work standards, routings, standard operating instructions, and manufacturing processes.
• Communicate manufacturing capabilities and limitations to engineering teams.
• Recommend purchase of equipment and tooling for production efficiency.
• Participate in the Engineering Change Order process for manufacturing coordination.
• Execute project-related work, including feasibility studies and process documentation.
