Magna Electronics seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead new product launches, design processes, and optimize production flow across facilities. You will apply industrial engineering and DOE to improve quality, cost, and throughput while mentoring technicians and ensuring safety on the floor.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong problem-solving, and hands-on design and integration of controls within manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment is required.
• Three or more years of engineering experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and related techniques preferred.
• Ability to design and integrate controls into equipment and process equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide manufacturing engineering leadership for new product launches and process design.
• Lead continuous improvement to optimize manufacturing flow and reduce costs.
• Ensure manufacturing-cell efficiency and quality through DOE and process optimization.
• Provide technical escalation support and safety compliance on the production floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage design changes and timelines.
• Lead technician teams and establish resource requirements for projects.
