Re:Build DAPR Engineering, LLC in Merrimack, NH, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to bridge product design and production. The role focuses on shaping capacity, defining production requirements, and enabling efficient scale-up from prototype to full-scale manufacturing.

You will lead process development, cell layout design, and tooling specs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and improve line performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing/related engineering field.
• Strong analytical skills (statistics, algebra, geometry).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks preferred) and strong Excel skills.
• Advanced written/verbal communication for technical/business docs.
• Ability to solve complex, novel problems with creativity and sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel domestically 10–20%.
• Nice to have ERP familiarity (e.g., Syteline).

Responsibilities

• Bridge product design and production to ensure manufacturability and spec compliance.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes, flows, and work instructions from prototype to production.
• Design cell layouts, fixtures, and tooling using lean principles.
• Conduct timing studies to identify bottlenecks and optimize line performance.
• Specify and source manufacturing equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Contribute to Lean 2P/3P events and Value Stream Analyses to reduce waste.
• Build preventative maintenance plans and promote a safe manufacturing environment.
• Support DFM efforts for clients as needed.
