Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or another engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ISO standards, root cause analysis, and statistical process control.

Responsibilities

Drive FMEAs, identify CTQ characteristics, and establish verification methods early in development.
Analyze process data statistically to confirm process control and lead troubleshooting.
Investigate quality issues and document corrective actions using 8D or similar methods.
Lead MRB actions to resolve nonconforming material.
Inspect incoming parts and materials to catch issues before entry to production.
Track KPIs such as scrap rate, rework, and yield; drive continuous improvement.
Maintain calibration schedule for inspection equipment for measurement accuracy.
Conduct supplier audits and recommend vendors.
Support ISO 9001 audits.
