Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in the United States is shaping the future of manufacturing with end-to-end mechanical design and process development. You will own the design and validation of machine structures, tooling, and fixtures, applying fundamentals of dynamics, strength of materials and heat transfer to real-world processes.

You will lead projects across mechanical, fluid, and electrical interfaces, partner with NPD engineers, and drive improvements in manufacturability, cost, and safety while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing or process engineering with equipment ownership.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting industrial mechanical and fluid systems.
• SolidWorks or AutoCAD proficiency; able to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and analysis of machine structures and tooling.
• Develop and validate manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Lead equipment suppliers and integration for manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with NPD for manufacturability improvements.
