Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling and equipment on cross-functional teams. You’ll work on process development, validation and sustained improvements across manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities include creating documentation, supporting new product introductions, and applying structured problem-solving methods while progressing toward independent process ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical systems, tooling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes within assigned scope.
• Create work instructions, standard work and process docs.
• Support equipment installation, debugging and ramp-up.
• Lead small projects and drive continuous improvement.
