Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for complex electro-optical aerospace parts.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and cost-effective production.
• Review engineering drawings and provide comments to engineers.
• Participate in IPTs to integrate technical solutions across disciplines.
• Assist in supplier selection and evaluation to ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Write work instructions, travelers, and standard procedures.
