Job summary

Dynamics Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead new product and process development, supplier management, and global supply chain initiatives for our powered card product line.

You will work with product engineering, production, quality, and IT to drive quality improvements and cost reductions while enabling successful product launches. You will collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability, optimize processes, and meet performance

Qualifications

• Experience in high‑volume, complex assembly manufacturing.
• Knowledge of DFM and DFA and tolerance analysis.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise.
• Experience with Asian subcontract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes with best practices; design & research tooling, fixtures, materials, QC standards.
• Collaborate with product engineering during design to ensure manufacturability.
• Align supply chain capabilities with evolving product concepts and launches.
• Develop testing methods, SPC, process standards, audits and training for quality.
• Coordinate manufacturing startup with suppliers to achieve quality and performance specs.
• Manage equipment vendors and purchase of tooling; evaluate equipment per specs.
