Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process development/NPI within high-volume or complex hardware environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and qualify technical manufacturing processes.
• Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) reviews.
• Design, procure, and validate custom assembly fixtures.
• Lead the 'technical hand-off' to production.
• Review PLM change management workflows and ensure production readiness.
• Verify BOMs, routings, and work centers against physical processes.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or NX)

Command of SPC

Command of DOE

Root Cause Analysis (8D or 5-Whys)

Foundational knowledge of ERP and PLM workflows

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
