Qualifications

Responsibilities
Define and qualify technical manufacturing processes.
Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) reviews.
Design, procure, and validate custom assembly fixtures.
Lead the 'technical hand-off' to production.
Review PLM change management workflows and ensure production readiness.
Verify BOMs, routings, and work centers against physical processes.
Skills
Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or NX)
Command of SPC
Command of DOE
Root Cause Analysis (8D or 5-Whys)
Foundational knowledge of ERP and PLM workflows
Education
