Qualifications
8+ years in process development/NPI within high-volume or complex hardware environments.
Experience with assembly reviews and fixture design.
Responsibilities
Define and qualify technical manufacturing processes to meet targets.
Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Assembly (DFA) reviews.
Design and validate custom assembly fixtures and tooling.
Troubleshoot pilot runs and resolve material issues.
Skills
Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or NX)
Command of SPC, DOE, and Root Cause Analysis
Foundational knowledge of ERP and PLM workflows
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
