Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop assembly processes based on customer requirements, quality systems, financial investment and labor plans. You will manage new process implementations, select equipment, and estimate timing for efficient production.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3+ years in assembly/manufacturing with APQP experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Minimal travel and a strong team culture are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed manufacturing plans for new programs needing new equipment or retooling.
• Prepare sourcing activities from RFQ to PO for major tooling/equipment purchases.
• Coordinate with PC&L to optimize material flow to production lines.
• Ensure process integrity by updating policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality to drive PFMEA, Control Plans, and error-proofing.
