Qualifications

• Ability to design and validate custom assembly fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Define and qualify technical manufacturing processes.
• Lead DFM and DFA reviews with R&D to mitigate risks.
• Design, procure, and validate custom tooling.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks or Nx)

Command of SPC

Root Cause Analysis (8D or 5-Whys)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering
