Responsibilities
Design and implement electro-mechanical assembly and test processes.
Collaborate with the mechanical design team for manufacturability.
Lead prototype builds ensuring milestones for production are met.
Ensure manufacturing systems can achieve high volume and quality targets.
Lead facilities development and material flow definition.
Identify tooling and hardware requirements.
Identify automation opportunities and evaluate ROI.
Work with vendors to develop solutions for the production line.
