Responsibilities

• Design and implement electro-mechanical assembly and test processes.
• Collaborate with the mechanical design team for manufacturability.
• Lead prototype builds ensuring milestones for production are met.
• Ensure manufacturing systems can achieve high volume and quality targets.
• Lead facilities development and material flow definition.
• Identify tooling and hardware requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and evaluate ROI.
• Work with vendors to develop solutions for the production line.
