VEIR, headquartered in Massachusetts, seeks a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to own the manufacturing strategy for our high‑power termination assembly. You will identify and onboard a contract manufacturer, optimize design for manufacturability, and build the quality and test infrastructure to scale from pilot builds to full production.

Competenze

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with contract manufacturers for complex electromechanical or high‑power assemblies.
• Experience in DFM/DFA for high‑power systems (busbars, connectors, terminations, cable assemblies).
• Experience developing incoming inspection and final test/qualification plans.

Mansioni

• Identify and onboard a contract manufacturer capable of producing the termination assembly at required cost, quality, and volume.
• Define and implement a quality strategy including incoming inspection and finished-assembly test plans.
• Establish in-process inspection points, sampling plans, and first-article inspection requirements at the CM.
