You will translate requirements into integrated analog, digital, and power solutions while guiding cross-functional teams through verification and issues.
This role shapes electrical architecture across Veeco platforms. You will lead design and validation of power systems, PCBs, cables, and interconnects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience.
- Experience designing electrical systems for industrial capital equipment.
- Proficiency in analog, digital, mixed-signal power systems.
Responsibilities
- Own electrical subsystem and system-level architectures for complex equipment.
- Lead design and integration of power, controls, PCBs, cables, and harnesses.
- Define and verify EtherCAT-based interconnects for reliable operation.
- Design safety interlocks and drive compliance reviews across standards.
