Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program managers, launch managers, product engineers and production staff to optimize processes and launches.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support APQP activities including PFMEAs, Control Plans, and process validations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and training across manufacturing.
• Drive Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste.
