Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop and optimize fuel injector assembly and testing processes. The role requires leading APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation activities, while supporting production and quality teams.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally on new product launches, analyze process performance, and implement corrective actions to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.
• Strong background in assembly, testing, and production support.
• Experience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Automotive or fuel systems manufacturing experience preferred.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams on new product launches.
• Analyze process performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering.
• Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.
• Strong background in assembly, testing, and production support.
• Experience with continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Automotive or fuel systems manufacturing experience preferred.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Development.
• Experience with manufacturing process development, assembly, and testing.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with process validation, production support, and quality systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
