Your Talent Team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a world-class production environment in Indianapolis, IN. This role will lead reliability and process-improvement initiatives on high-speed packaging lines, focusing on OEE, cost reduction, and capacity gains.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and controls improvements. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in production manufacturing, a relevant engineering degree, experience

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7–10 years in a production manufacturing facility with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Experience leading projects and hands-on leadership.
• Experience in a food grade FDA/GMP/HACCP environment with high-speed packaging.
• Strong CAD skills: AutoCad, Inventor, SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Familiar with automation and controls (PLC/DCS).
