Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive aseptic bottling and packaging expertise. The role centers on reliability, machine efficiency, root cause analysis, safety, and maintenance effectiveness.

You will drive improvements through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 7–10 years in a production setting, with hands-on leadership and experience in high-speed packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing preferred).
• 7–10 years in production manufacturing with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Hands-on leadership and project management experience.
• Experience in a food grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment preferred.
• Strong automation/controls knowledge (PLC, DCS).
• Proficiency with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Familiar with AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focusing on reliability, machine efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.
• Perform data acquisition and analysis to drive cost reductions and capacity increases.
• Teach and train junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
