Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a world‑class, food‑grade facility in Indianapolis, IN. The role centers on reliability, machine efficiency, root‑cause analysis, safety and maintenance effectiveness.

You will lead projects, analyze data for capacity gains, and drive cost reductions while mentoring junior engineers and cross‑functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; mechanical, chemical or manufacturing preferred.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience in a production facility focusing on OEE and process improvements.
• Hands-on leadership with project management experience.
• Experience in a food grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment.
• Strong skills in data analysis, automation and controls knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead projects focused on reliability, machine efficiency, root-cause analysis, safety and maintenance.
• Acquire and analyze data to drive improvements and reduce cost.
• Teach and train junior engineers and cross-functional teams in a collaborative fashion.
