Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive Aseptic Bottling and Packaging expertise to lead reliability and efficiency initiatives in a high-speed production environment.

You will drive data-driven improvements, oversee root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize safety and maintenance effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing.
• 7–10 years of production manufacturing experience with emphasis on OEE and process improvements.
• Hands-on leadership with project management experience.
• Experience in a food-grade environment (FDA, GMP, HACCP) with high-speed packaging equipment.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of automation/controls (PLC, DCS).
• Lean manufacturing and Six-Sigma experience.
