Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support Fury Manufacturing at Arsenal-1 in Ohio. The role begins with training in Morrisville, NC, with relocation provided, then moving to Ohio for permanent placement.

You will manage MBOMs, write work instructions, and optimize processes across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. 8+ years in airframe production and ability to obtain a TS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing of airframe components or assemblies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (NX preferred).
• Experience with MS Office and/or project management software.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in knowledge transfer between NC and OH sites.
• Develop and analyze process flows for complex assemblies.
• Write and review MBOMs, work instructions, and quality plans.
• Interface between engineering data packages and technicians to ensure proper manufacturing.
• Solve manufacturing problems in a schedule-driven environment.
• Drive work cell design and optimization to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to inform critical decisions for on-time delivery.
• Drive RCACs with the quality team to remove production blockers.
• Help form and track KPIs in a production environment.
• Create simulation models for capacity planning and line balancing.
