Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Fury Manufacturing at Arsenal-1 in Ohio. The role includes initial training at Anduril North Carolina in Morrisville, with relocation to Ohio after training.

Frequent travel between NC and OH sites is expected during launch. You will develop process flows, write manufacturing instructions, and coordinate across Manufacturing, Design, Quality, Leadership and Supply Chain to ensure on-time, high-quality production of airframe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technology related field.
• 3+ years of experience manufacturing airframe structural components in production.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred).
• Experience with MS Office and/or project management software.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate knowledge and technology transfer between NC and OH sites.
• Develop process flows by breaking down assemblies into subassemblies.
• Write manufacturing documentation (work instructions, MBOMs, quality plans, inspections).
• Coordinate between engineering data and technicians to ensure proper manufacturing.
• Solve manufacturing problems to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Drive work cell design and optimization for quality/efficiency.
• Inform Program Managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive RC causal analysis with quality team to remove blockers.
• Help form and track KPIs in production environment.
• Create simulation models to inform capacity planning.
