Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support Fury Manufacturing at Arsenal-1 in Ohio, with initial training in Morrisville, NC. The role requires relocation to Ohio and involves travel between sites during launch.

You will develop process flows, MBOMs, and quality plans, write work instructions, and coordinate with engineering to ensure products are manufactured as designed. Strong cross-functional collaboration and readiness for security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology field.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment, preferably airframe components.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred).
• MS Office and/or project management software experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate knowledge transfer between NC and OH sites.
• Develop process flows by breaking large assemblies into subassemblies.
• Create manufacturing docs: MBOMs, quality plans, inspections; perform with technicians.
• Interface between engineering data packages and production to ensure conformance.
• Solve manufacturing problems to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Drive work cell design and optimization for quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead RCCAs with the quality team to remove production blockers.
• Track KPIs in production and contribute to capacity planning.
