Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support Fury Manufacturing at Arsenal-1. This role requires relocation to Morrisville, NC for initial training before moving to Ohio, with travel between sites expected during launch.

You will develop process flows, write work instructions, MBOMs, and quality plans, and coordinate across Manufacturing Operations, Design, Quality, Leadership, and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturability and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology
• 3+ years in manufacturing of airframe components or similar
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings including GD&T
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred)
• MS Office and/or project management tools
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate knowledge transfer between NC and OH sites
• Develop process flows and subassembly sequences
• Write manufacturing documentation (work instructions, MBOMs, quality plans)
• Coordinate between engineering data and technicians to ensure design intent
• Solve manufacturing problems in a schedule-driven environment
• Drive work cell design and optimization for quality and efficiency
• Inform Program Managers to support on-time delivery
• Lead RCCAs with quality to remove production blockers
• Help define and track production KPIs
• Create simulation models for capacity planning and line balancing
