What will you do?
  • Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of products.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work breakdown structures and operating procedures.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, and work collaboratively with other departments.
Who will you report to?
  • Manager, Prefab Commissioning Team
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
