Trane Technologies is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead complex manufacturing, automation, and capacity initiatives on-site. You will drive capital projects from concept through implementation, mentor engineers, and partner across functions to build scalable manufacturing capabilities.
The role requires a bachelor's in a related field, 7–10 years of experience, and strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and data systems. PMP is preferred.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads complex manufacturing, automation, capacity, and productivity initiatives that support business objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. This role provides technical leadership across manufacturing processes and systems, drives capital and process improvement projects from concept through implementation, and partners cross-functionally to build scalable, efficient manufacturing capabilities. The position also mentors engineers and technicians, supports capital and resource planning, and represents Manufacturing Engineering in leadership discussions.
