Job description

Analyze existing processes to develop, implement, and monitor measures to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety.

Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, lean, maintenance, quality, and SHE departments to define new processes and optimization activities.

Support the implementation of business strategies related to engineering, reliability, and standardization of operations.

Become a technical expert in plant engineering technologies to facilitate knowledge transfer and apply best practices.

Support troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.

Participate in project teams for investments, providing process perspective and support.

Resolve customer incidents (internal & external), support manufacturing and QOS, and be well-versed in company product technologies related to processing & equipment.

Lead efforts to clarify manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations and set up manufacturing processes with input from R&D, Reliability, and production teams.

Provide process troubleshooting and optimization (DOE), and perform engineering studies such as design of experiments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related technical discipline); a master's degree is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials science, and thermodynamics.
• Project management skills.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Optimization, Problem Solving, etc.
• Managerial experience is preferred but not required.
