Overview

The Engineering Manager oversees the design, development and improvements of new and existing products and manufacturing processes to increase throughput. Reports to the Director of Operations.

About the role

Tenicor is on the hunt for an Engineering Manager -- a rare blend of passion for leading a team of dedicated engineers, developing processes to improve overall throughput, while being ready to jump into design work in Fusion or run the Haas CNC to get the job done.We are poised to experience 10X growth across various aspects of the company. We need somebody who is ready to grow with the position.

What you’ll love to do

• Motivate design engineers to solve Tenicor’s biggest technical problems and manage the product development workflow.
• Iterate the design (over and over again…and again) based on input from industry experts, testing results, and the product and production teams
• Break things and learn from it.
• Facilitate collaboration across the company.
• Actively work to improve and enhance our Product Development system.
• Be passionate about learning and understanding the operational aspects of Tenicor.
