Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production Operations team in King of Prussia, PA. In this role, you will support the Production Integrated Product Team (IPT) as an engineer assigned to develop and optimize support processes for a specific product line through spiral development into high-rate production. You will integrate factory process data to plan, develop, and implement efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Investigate efficiency losses and implement corrective actions to establish a stable, high-rate production line.
• Create manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts for various production activities.
• Represent manufacturing in peer reviews to enhance design for manufacturability.
• Write production plans, assess hardware, and optimize production flow.
• Communicate with shop floor personnel to implement process improvements.
• Create tool designs, analyze performance, and support quality assurance.
• Support development and production of weapon systems, ground support equipment, and satellite electronics.
