Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements and coordinate cross-functional projects in a New Britain, CT facility. You will define quality standards, review process variances, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
The role emphasizes working across the manufacturing lifecycle, from startup to established processes, with a focus on thermal spray experience and continuous improvement.
The Manufacturing Engineer is an integral part of the engineering team. This individual would be responsible for the manufacturing process and procedures, handing equipment requirements and specifications, including the evaluation and review of the liquid coating process.
This individual must be comfortable working at any phase of the project, from start up to established processes.
This is an opportunity to lead cross-functional projects including coordinating design requirements, evaluating appropriate processing methods, and ensuring capability with manufacturing equipment.
Location: New Britain, CT
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
