Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation, East Windsor, CT, seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer Associate to partner with inspectors to ensure quality products exit the facility. The role is in a small job shop environment focusing on thermal spray metal coatings technologies and hands-on production collaboration.

Requirements include 1–2 years in manufacturing or aerospace, ability to read blueprints, and an associates or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops, applies and revises quality standards for receiving, in-process and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.

• May interface with customers, vendors and various company departments to resolve quality problems and provide information.
• Participates in audits. Working hands on with production and operations.
