Job summary

Jobot is seeking an engineer to assist in growing production at a versatile manufacturing facility in the United States. The role offers room for growth and direct shop-floor impact as part of a high-visibility team in a regulated production environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of seven years' experience in manufacturing, with strong skills in process development, tooling, and industrialization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.
