You will drive high-yield, repeatable manufacturing operations and apply digital tools to eliminate waste and improve yield across value streams. Key responsibilities include designing scalable assembly systems, developing custom tooling, optimizing material flow, and driving process control.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering in engine/energy assemblies.
• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and GD&T, fixture development.
• Experience scaling low-volume/prototype into high-repeatability production in precision industries.

Position Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Compensation: $140K - $150K + RSUs + Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to serve as an authority for line layout, precision tooling, and lean workflow design. In this role, you will lead the transition of cutting-edge power-generation technologies into high-yield, repeatable manufacturing operations. You will leverage modern digital workflow tools and advanced engineering design platforms to eliminate operational waste, optimize ergonomics, and drive continuous yield enhancement across value streams.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Designing scalable assembly systems
• Developing custom tooling and error-proofing
• Optimizing material flow and Lean processes
• Driving process control and scaling

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience focused on engine, generator, electric motor, or precision electromechanical assembly operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (Siemens NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or equivalent) along with deep expertise in GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and fixture development.
• Strong background taking low-volume or prototype builds into fully validated, high-repeatability production environments within precision industries like aerospace, automotive, or advanced energy.
• Applied mastery of Lean Six Sigma principles, work cell balancing, DOE, capability studies, and formal process qualification frameworks (IQ/OQ/PQ or equivalent).
• Strong cross-functional collaborative mindset.
