BAE Systems, Aberdeen, SD, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to partner with Shop Technicians in developing and maintaining processes for safe, on-time, within-budget production.
The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or technical discipline with 4+ years in manufacturing; strong teamwork, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are essential. Preferred experience includes Lean principles and Oracle/TIPQA familiarity.

Our Manufacturing Engineers work with our Shop Technicians to develop and maintain the processes that safely produce our products correctly, on-time and within budget. This position works a 4 / 10 schedule with typical hours 6 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. As an Engineer at our Aberdeen facility you will be responsible for the following:

Full-Time Salary Range: $79370 - $134929 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
