Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive cost accounting and controllership experience.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–30%.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

• Lead the monthly close process for manufacturing operations.
• Oversee standard cost rolls and inventory controls across sites.
• Provide financial insights and variance analysis to guide decision making.
• Collaborate with FP&A and local operations to deliver value‑added analytics.
• Mentor and develop cost accounting staff.
