Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. in Hollis, NH is seeking a Division Controller to drive cost transparency and optimize manufacturing costs for its Specialty Thin Film operations.

You will partner with operations, engineering and finance to monitor costs and support strategic decision-making. The role requires 10+ years in cost control in electronics manufacturing, leadership of cost accounting teams, and strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s or CPA/CMA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Leadership experience managing finance or cost accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Cost Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze manufacturing costs, identify variances with root-ccause insights.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans for operations.
• Reporting & KPIs: Develop cost dashboards and regular reports on trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production on cost-reduction initiatives.
• Inventory & Asset Control: Monitor inventory and capitalization/depreciation of equipment.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure internal controls and audits related to cost accounting.
