Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Division Controller in Hollis, NH to manage manufacturing costs across specialty thin film operations. You will monitor costs, support budgeting, and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and cost transparency.

With 10+ years in cost control and leadership experience, you will collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance to optimize performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
10+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
Leadership experience managing finance or cost accounting teams is desired.

Responsibilities

Cost monitoring and analysis of materials, labor, equipment usage, and overhead.
Budgeting and forecasting coordination with operations and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain cost dashboards and KPIs; report cost trends to management.
Drive cost-reduction initiatives with engineering and production teams.
Monitor inventory levels and asset capitalization/ depreciation of equipment.
Support internal and external audits related to cost accounting and manufacturing operations.
