Job summary

NYCOA, a seasoned manufacturing company, seeks a Corporate Controller in Manchester, NH to lead accounting and financial operations. This senior role combines hands-on management with strategic financial insight for executive leadership.

You will oversee cost accounting, inventory controls, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, while guiding ERP upgrades and internal controls to strengthen financial performance and operational decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including billing, AR, AP, GL, payroll, cost accounting, inventory, and treasury.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and ensure timely US GAAP reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, cash forecasts, budgets, and analyses for executive leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with department leaders.
• Maintain job costing, standard costing, inventory controls, and manufacturing variance reporting.
• Partner with operations to identify cost drivers and improve profitability.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax filings.
• Develop/strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.
• Lead ERP transition and implementation projects.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to accounting/finance team.
• Support strategic financial analyses and process improvements.
