NYLOA? NYCOA is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial operations at our Manchester, New Hampshire facility. This is a senior, hands-on role combining day-to-day accounting with strategic financial insight for executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive manufacturing finance, cost accounting, US GAAP, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls experience and will drive ERP system improvements while partnering with operational leadership.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including manufacturing.
• Strong background in job costing, standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, and financial analysis.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or leading major ERP/accounting system initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting systems; Paychex Payroll is a plus.
• Public or private audit experience.
• Ability to lead accounting teams and partner with executive leadership.

Mansioni

• Oversee all accounting functions including billing, AR, AP, GL, payroll, costing, inventory, and treasury.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close per US GAAP.
• Prepare financial statements, cash forecasts, budgets, and analyses for executives.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting with department leaders.
• Maintain and improve job costing, standard costing, inventory controls, and variance reporting.
• Partner with operations to identify cost drivers and improve profitability.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit facilities, and lender reporting.
• Coordinate audits, tax preparation, and regulatory filings.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and drive ERP modernization.
