Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead an accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly financial reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Gather, evaluate, and present financial data to leadership.
• Set performance goals for accounting staff and provide coaching.
