Job summary

Trexon is seeking a responsible Controller to support our finance function. You will consolidate financial statements, manage budgeting and variance analyses, and assist with audits. The role emphasizes cost accounting, ERP reporting (Epicor/Excel/BPC), and cross‑department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing accounting experience, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to resolving issues while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field; CPA/CMA/CFM preferred or obtainable.
• 5+ years accounting experience in manufacturing; supervision experience beneficial.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, month‑end close, audits, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Support annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Maintain internal controls per COSO and GAAP; ensure regulatory compliance.
