Job summary

Marmon Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller for the Electrical Group to lead consolidation, reporting, and compliance across a multi-entity manufacturing environment. The role partners with business unit controllers and Marmon Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate, timely financial results.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting/financial leadership, deep U.S. GAAP knowledge, and strong business partnering skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, controllership, or finance leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results across the Electrical Group.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial reporting submitted by business units.
• Promote compliance with U.S. GAAP, Marmon accounting policies, SPIs, and internal control requirements.
